1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using the Bunked platform, you represent that you are at least 17 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not meet these requirements or do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must not use our services.

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use Bunked solely for the purpose of finding and communicating with potential roommates. You will not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Harass, defame, or otherwise harm others.
• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. User Conduct & Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, including messages, images, and any profile information. We reserve the right to remove or modify content that violates our policies or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names displayed on the service are the property of Bunked or their respective owners. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use may violate applicable laws.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Bunked is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of user-generated content or that you will find a suitable roommate.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bunked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bunked and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Bunked service at any time, for any reason, including for violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We may also update our Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our data practices, such as the potential future sale of personal data. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on our website or by email (if you have provided it). Continued use of our service after such changes means you accept the revised Terms and Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in California.
